You’ll answer questions that will reveal how you make decisions, and how things are going. Life is made up of patterns and there’s a pattern to why you’re stuck with the weight piece. Once the pattern shows up, it’s a lot easier to figure out what actually needs fixing…hint; it’s usually not as much about what you eat and more about why you eat.
Private 1:1 coaching sessions
For the 5 weeks we work together once a week, getting started with designing your protocol, figuring out what your triggers are and designing ways to defuse them. You’ll build the most elaborate vision of the future, one that you’ll use when you hit a stumbling block, and one that you’ll use as your North Star to get you to your destination. I’ll teach you how to never rely on Willpower ever again. You’ll learn the fundamental step you have to take that will fast track your results.
Once we get finished, you’ll have a toolkit built that you can use to build your own future.
