“Yes” to You This Year
The holidays are upon us. The whirlwind of parties, the decorating, the presents, reconnecting with family and friends, and an endless array of seasonal treats.
You half dread the season because you know that every year you cave in at some point and eat or drink something you vowed to avoid this year.
Once you’ve given in once, the next thing is easier to say yes to.
Before you know it, you are eating every cookie, piece of homemade fudge or peanut brittle, Yule cake, pie, specialty dessert or drinking all the delicious glass of wine that comes your way.
What’s the point of restraint…you’ve already blown it?
So once again you put your best intentions on hold until after the first of the year.
You figure you’ll restart that last diet you tried but gave up on just 2 weeks in. Or get the holiday sign-up special for one of the big name diet programs…the same one’s you’ve tried before and never completed. Maybe this year you’ll try the one the secretary at work was doing and losing weight on…
Plus you rationalize, you’ll get a gym membership and really go more than 3 times this year. But you hate working out after work…and 5 am is so ridiculously early…ugh!
By the time the holidays are past, you’ll have gained the familiar 10 pounds and you’ll be living in your yoga pants, sweats, or p.j.’s, ‘cuz they’re the only things that are comfortable to wear.

Starting January 8th, there is a whole new game in town.
Any town. This is a virtual class, all you need is a phone or a computer, so you can attend no matter where you are. Wear your comfy clothes. Put your hair in a pony tail.
This is a 6 week long course that is like nothing you’ve ever done before. You’ll be in a group of women who’ve all been in the same version of the struggle as you’re in right now.
You’ll learn to stop the mean girl in your head from beating you down.
You’ll discover the patterns of action that have led you to the place you’re in right now, as well as how to change those patterns so you start getting the results you really want.
You’ll learn to eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full. You’ll also learn what types of food to eat to decrease your hunger, and turn your body into a fat burning machine.
Best of all, you’ll decide what foods to eat…if you can’t stand eggs…no problem. Fish grosses you out, avocados aren’t your bag, or you never met a broccoli you could stand? No one’s going to tell you to eat them. This is a program where you start where you are, you do not have to re-invent the wheel. You’re going to end up with a much better wheel this time, one you’ll want to use.
This is a program where we’ll craft an ideal “diet” for you. One that fits your preferences, your schedule. No one size fits all, here.
You’ll be supported with top notch weekly coaching calls, where you can ask anything or get any problem solved. So often the triggers for overeating have nothing at all to do with food, but are the way we stuff down our emotions or cope with stress.
You’ll be in a private Facebook group with other participants, where you can support each other as well as receive coaching. Even if you’re the type of person who hesitates to ask questions, or “be seen”, you’ll be able to hear from other women who are surprisingly a whole lot like you. Listening to them be coached can provide deep insight.
You’ll get recordings of all the calls, as well as weekly homework, and worksheets.
By the end of our 6 weeks together you’ll have a custom protocol that will allow you to move forward into the spring as a leaner, more confident version of yourself.
