This is a critical piece, because success depends on you knowing exactly what you want to achieve. Having a clear idea of exactly what you want, how it feels, how it looks, as well as why it is important to you. This helps us craft the most unique plan for you.
Private 1:1 coaching sessions
3 x month over the next 6 months we’ll get together and do the work of building your custom eating plan. We’ll tackle your biggest obstacles and come up with workable solutions. You’ll get crystal clear on your outcome and learn to move forward with confidence. We’ll take into account what your schedule looks like, common obstacles or triggers, and your food preferences. By the end of 6 months you’ll have a custom eating protocol that fits you like a glove, and better yet you’ll feel like a completely different person, You’ll be confident that you can handle any situation that could possibly come up.
This is for clients of premium packages. We’ll be using the Slack app to communicate, everything from utilizing the Food Journal, worksheets, homework assignments, support materials, as well as a place to get answers to your questions (usually in less than 24 hours). This is a self-contained resource that will include everything you need, and it’ll be as close as your smart phone.
You can finally lose all the weight you want, and get back to doing the things you’ve always dreamed of in a body that you’re proud of.
