WELCOME TO THE 2019! IT’S THAT TIME WHEN YOU REALIZE YOU WENT TOO HARD OVER THE HOLIDAYS HAVING FUN.

You’re feeling thick, heavy, and desperate.

You’re looking everywhere for the diet that is going to be the answer to your prayers.

The one where you can:

Eat foods you like

Not have to starve

Not have to sign up for a gym membership

And the weight will melt off like ice cream on a hot summer day.

Yeah, but you “know” that’s not going to happen.

INSTEAD YOU STEEL YOURSELF FOR AN ONSLAUGHT OF KALE SALAD, POACHED CHICKEN BREAST, AND HOT TEA INSTEAD OF THAT DELICIOUS GLASS OF WINE IN THE EVENING THAT YOU’D PREFER.

You’ve lost a weight doing it this way in the past.

Not only that, you felt great. You were sleeping better, and had more energy, too. So why not try it again…right?

But the whole time you were doing that plan you couldn’t get the thought of pizza, or margaritas, or queso with chips out of your head, and eventually you crumbled.

Hey, you only live once, so what the hell…right?

ONCE YOU FELL OFF THE WAGON YOU COULDN’T STOP YOURSELF.

The weight crept back, and no matter how hard you tried or mentally beat yourself, you just couldn’t get back to your strict eating plan.

So normal.

Listen we’ve all been there, more than once.

It’s such a familiar place.

EVERY YEAR WE HOPE THAT THIS TIME WILL BE DIFFERENT.

Here’s the thing, the reason you’re overweight in the first place has almost nothing to do with the foods you eat, it has so much more to do with the reason you’re eating those foods.

What??!?

LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN. THE FOODS YOU EAT HAVE ALMOST NO BEARING ON WHY YOU’RE OVERWEIGHT.

The reason you’re eating is 99% of the problem.

The human body’s need for fuel is minimal compared to the amount of food we’ve been told we need to eat each day.

We graze, we eat huge portions, we’ve convinced ourselves we need to eat 6-8 times per day to lose weight.

Experts are full of all the advice you could ever need, but the only authority on what your body needs is you.

The trick is to get quiet enough to hear what it’s telling you.

WHEN YOU STOP EATING TO FILL YOUR EMOTIONAL NEEDS (OR EAT TO STUFF THEM DOWN), YOUR BODY WILL NATURALLY RETURN TO IT’S NORMAL WEIGHT.

Your body may not going to return to it’s normal weight like ice cream melting on a hot summer’s day, but it most assuredly will.

You have permission to ignore your inner mean girl this year when she tells you to “go on a diet” or “you’ve got to do a cleanse” to get your New Year off to a good start. Because frankly she’s never been right, yet.

Why not try a new approach;

  1. Spend 10—20 minutes quieting your brain every day.
  2. Eat without any distractions (tv, work, reading, etc.).
  3. Enjoy what you’re eating…really, notice every bite.
  4. Stop as soon as you’re satisfied.

That’s it.

If you do that you can that, you’ll never struggle with your weight again.

IF YOU’RE READY TO COME AT THIS PROBLEM FROM A WHOLE NEW DIRECTION, (BECAUSE YOU’RE FINALLY READY TO BE DONE WITH IT ONCE AND FOR ALL), AND THE DIRECTIONS YOU’VE TRIED IN THE PAST HAVEN’T WORKED OUT SO GREAT…I’M READY TO HELP.

I’ve helped dozens of women lose their weight, and best of all, by the time we finish, they’re free from the behaviors and thoughts that started the whole problem in the first place.

Some of the most common things I hear are;

“I can’t believe how much less hunger I have.”

“I honestly don’t crave sweets anymore.”

“The weight is coming off and I don’t feel deprived of anything.”

“It’s so great being in charge of how much I eat.”

“I’ll never go on a diet again.”

Hearing what women have to say after they’ve changed their minds about what is and isn’t possible for themselves, is music to my ears.
