This is the time of year when schedules start to feel extra hectic.

Holiday party season. Gifts to buy, and lots and lots of goodies everywhere you turn.

It’s so easy to just give in to all the temptation, while thinking the thoughts like;

Come January first I’m going to do a complete overhaul on my diet.”

“I’m really going to do it this time. As soon as January comes I’m going to get rid of all the junk in my house and start eating right.”

“Diet, exercise, I’ll do it then, it’ll be so much easier once the holidays have passed.”

But be honest with yourself. Didn’t you have a very similar set of thoughts last year?

Probably. For many years, actually.

Your brain is a genius at getting you to avoid anything it considers painful, (and changing your habits at the holidays….painful!)

So it pushes the buttons it knows will work and you put the changes off for another year.

Let’s face it, if changing our habits was easy, you would have done the entire overhaul many years ago, right?

This year, why not make a couple changes right now?

That way when January first rolls around you’ll already have a head start on your overhaul.

What would it be like to be at ease with all the holiday excess, and not have any worries?

That’s the eventual goal of the overhaul, right?

Why not start behaving like the future you right now?

The one who already has her strategy dialed in.

If you’re ready to see what that feels like and you’re not sure where to start, I’ve got a few spots left this month for a 30 minute strategy session.

Jane grabbed one, and she’s already lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks.

Sue grabbed one last week and she’s on her way to a much happier holiday.

This could be the start of a perfect holiday season, all the goodness, and none of the regrets.

Hurry, before they’re all gone.
